Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories, along with proof of purchase.

Customers should contact rehobothtechhub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
